Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. As a small business, appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, make it difficult for us to offer that appointment to another client. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged for: * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment * Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment * No-shows Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment and may be charged the applicable fee when this policy is not followed. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Thank you for helping us keep appointments available for all of our clients.
